A printed photographs has a charm that can’t be matched by a digital version of it. Look at that wallpaper on your smart phone or laptop screen. Maybe it is a brilliant candid moment from your wedding, or a portrait of your loved one, or some valuable memory frozen for posterity. Touch that screen with your finger. Does it evoke the same feeling that you get from touching a photograph printed on a photo paper or a page from a Photo book? Probably not. On the contrary, touching that smart phone screen might actually make the picture disappear (screen lock activated! ).
Photo books or Coffee Table Books, have gained immense popularity. But, they do come at a price. Is it possible to get a high quality photo book from a photo shoot without emptying your wallets any further? Yes and the answer is Snapbook.
Snapbook is a miniature photo book. It is best suited for lifestyle photo shoots like a family, couple, baby or maternity portrait shoots. It is also suited to make a travel photo journal, or for a quick highlights album from a wedding’s larger photo book.
Snapbook is square-shaped, and has dimensions 6″ x 6″. There are 20 pages in it, with each page dedicated for a single photograph. Hence, this is a perfect accompaniment to photo shoots which have about 20 photographs as a digital deliverable.
The size of the Snapbook makes it a compact photo book that can be carried,stored, and viewed at ease. It surely reminds one of classic, old photo albums which had a plastic sleeve in each page for a 4×6 or a 5×7 printed photographs. This book is also not a burden on your wallet, unlike expensive signature large-sized Photo books.
Good news from my camp –Â Snapbook is now included as a standard deliverable for my starting portrait shoot package which earlier had digital files only as the deliverable. So, now everyone gets something printed from a portrait shoot.
